This site collects almost nothing. What follows is the whole of it.
Who is responsible
Curious, St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Questions about anything on this page go to inbox@getcurious.ch or +41 79 558 68 17.
What we collect
From the contact form: your name, your email address, and the description of the process you want reviewed.
From the chat assistant lower on the page: what you write to it, and, if you get that far, your name, your email address and your company. It only asks for those after you have described what is costing you time.
Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is inferred. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising.
What we do with it
One email, to the four of us, so that somebody can answer you. Neither the form nor the chat automatically saves anything to a database or a CRM.
The legal basis is your own request: you sent it so that we would reply. Under the revDSG and the GDPR this is processing for pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
The chat assistant
The assistant lower on the page is our own tool. What you write to it serves the same purpose as the form: so that someone here can reply. Exactly like the form, none of it is automatically saved to a database or a CRM.
To reply, it processes your message with a language model.
How long we keep it
If an inquiry through the form or the chat assistant doesn't lead anywhere, it stays in our mailboxes for as long as that's useful, and we delete it after 12 months at the latest.
If it turns into an ongoing conversation or a proposal, we also keep your name, company and contact details in our own contact list, so we can keep track. Only the four of us have access to it. Once the contact ends, we delete or anonymize that list within 24 months at the latest.
Ask us sooner and we delete it right away, and confirm it to you.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare serves this site and delivers the email. As our technical provider it keeps ordinary server logs, including your IP address, for security. Cloudflare runs a global network, so your data may also be processed outside Switzerland and the EU as a result.
Your message then sits in our mailboxes, the same way any email you send us would.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to inbox@getcurious.ch. We do not require a form, an account, or a reason.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. If you are in the EU, you can complain to your own country's data protection authority instead.
